San Francisco bartender, Polly Martini has a come along way since teaching "The Art of the Sip," a bartending course she designed for Stanford University 2007-2008. Since then, Polly Martini has hand selected an outstanding collection of bartenders. Each bartender is experienced, skilled, and has a uniquely fun personality which will enhance YOUR EVENT. Additionally, the quality of our product is more important than quick profit, which is why we prefer using fresh squeezed juice, fresh produce, and homemade syrups whenever possible. Last but not least, while we love making classic cocktails and mocktails, we also love the challenge and adventure of going into uncharted territories of beverage making!
Co-owners Tim Choy and Polly Martini have been in the restaurant and bar business for over ten years. They have recently joined forces to open their virtual doors in order to present a dynamic mobile bar service which utilizes real bartenders, incorporates the craft of mixology, and most importantly, will custom tailor services to each client and event.

Includes soda, water, sparkling water, mixers, garnishes, glassware or compostabeware, labor, breakdown, and removal of garbage/recycling. We provide all the necessary equipment including ice buckets/tubs, napkins, straws, cocktail picks, and ice.
Bartender Service Only, Bartender Full Service, and Flair Bartender Full Service comes with bartender service and/or equipment only. Rentals and other services can be added.

Public events require 14 days notice prior to date of event. We will need to apply for the required permit in order to legally serve at events open to the public. Additional cost: $250
