Apple juice, and simple syrup OR agave nectar infused w/ fresh thyme. Topped off w/ a splash of club soda OR Pellegrino. Garnish: Freshly scooped granny smith apple balls and a thyme sprig. Vodka OR Gin option.

Basil Gimlet or Spritzer

Fresh basil muddled in fresh lime juice. Then, infused into both elderflower liqueur and simple syrup Or agave nectar. Topped off w/ a splash of club soda OR Pellegrino. Vodka OR Gin option.

Blackberry Mint Mule

Fresh blackberries and mint gently muddled in fresh lime juice. Topped off w/ginger beer and simple syrup OR agave nectar. Elderflower liqueur option. Vodka, Gin, OR Bourbon option.

Cucumber Gimlet or Spritzer

Fresh cucumber muddled in fresh lime juice. Then infused into both elderflower liqueur and simple syrup OR agave nectar. Topped off w/ a splash of club soda OR Pellegrino. Vodka OR Gin option.

Lychee Violette Martini or Spritzer

Lychee syrup meets a specialty liqueur made from violet petals and berries. Topped off w/ a splash of lemon-lime soda. Garnish: fresh lychees when in season. Vodka OR Gin option.

Strawberry Basil Buck

Fresh strawberries and basil muddled in fresh lemon juice and simple syrup OR agave nectar before topping with club soda OR Pellegrino. Vodka OR Bourbon option.

Watercress Mary

Fresh cherry tomatoes and watercress muddled in fresh lemon juice. Then, infused into simple syrup OR agave nectar. A couple dashes of Tabasco and Worcestershire. Finish w/ Citrus Vodka.

Simple syrup or agave nectar infused w/ hibiscus leaves, fresh lime juice, and orange liqueur. Garnish: hibiscus flower.

St. Rita

Fresh lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and orange liqueur. Rim: sugar and sea salt blend. Grapefruit juice option.

Please call or email for Services and/or Package pricing because pricing will be determined by the number of guests, duration of event, type of event, special staffing requests, and specific venue requirements.

BAR PACKAGES include all sodas, waters, mixers, garnishes, glassware, labor, breakdown, and removal of garbage/recycling. We provide all the necessary equipment including ice buckets/tubs, napkins, straws, cocktail picks, and ice.

Bartender Service Only, Bartender Full Service, and Flair Bartender Full Service comes with bartender service and/or equipment only. Rentals and other services can be added.
